CONFIDENTIALITY & DATA SAFETY

We know that your business papers may contain private and important information. We aim to handle those papers with care and use them only for agreed and lawful work.

1. What We Mean by Confidential Information

Confidential information may include your business plans, accounts, tax records, customer lists, contracts, employee details, identity documents, pricing and private messages shared for the service.

2. Why We Use Your Records

We use the information needed to understand and complete the task you have authorised. We will not use your private business records as public examples, marketing stories or testimonials without your permission.

3. Who May See the Records

Access is limited to people who need the information for their work, such as approved staff, authorised professionals and necessary service providers. We may share relevant information with a government or other official body when you authorise a filing or the law requires it.

4. Safe Sharing by You

Please use the document method we give you for the service. Check the recipient address before sending records. Do not share login passwords, bank PINs, OTPs, digital-signature passwords or full account access in an enquiry form.

5. Internal Care

Staff should use work-approved systems, avoid personal email or public file-sharing for client records, and report any possible wrong recipient or lost file to the company contact quickly. [CONFIRM and implement the real company security process before publishing.]

6. Records and Storage

We keep relevant records to complete work, answer questions and meet required legal or business duties. When they are no longer needed and may lawfully be removed, we delete or dispose of them in a suitable way. Our Privacy Policy gives more information on retention and data requests.

7. What We Cannot Promise

No system can promise that all online risks will disappear. We work to reduce avoidable risks, but you should also keep your own copies and protect your devices and logins.

8. Confidentiality Limits

Information that is already public, lawfully received from elsewhere, shared by you publicly, or required to be disclosed by law may not remain confidential in the same way. Any special confidentiality terms in your signed engagement will also apply.

9. Raise a Concern

If you believe your file reached the wrong person or there is another privacy concern, contact [ADD ACTIVE PRIVACY OR SECURITY EMAIL] with the subject “Confidentiality Concern”. Please do not include extra sensitive documents in your first message.
